Lack of your profession in last threes.Other are good avatars.I don't like your idea to use text in last one.In Tait's avatar lack of effects.I can see only the darkness at bottom.

No much face area in it.Black area is too much.I guess you completed all your work in just 15 or less minutes.Right?
