Mitchell Starc to missout first 2-3 weeks of season due to knee injury.Maybe Sean Abbott to bowl in his absence..

This time batting looks complete with the addition of Badrinath.

Now we have some decent bowling options and deep batting. Right from 2011, I didn't feel we had a better batting considering once the fourth wicket falls, we didn't had someone to trust on, and yes, there are many matches were RCB had brilliant starts and the players couldn't continue the same. In short words, the over dependency on Gayle, Kohli and de Villiers will be coning to an end, as we have a veteran batsman Subramaniam Badrinath and Dinesh Karthik, who could probably share the burden which the RCB trio i.e, Gayle-Kohli-de Villiers were taking on, and young firings guns Manvinder Bisla and Mandeep Singh, from whom, we could expect some sort of fight, if not a bigger one.

Needless to mention, addition of Sammy at lower middle order is like feeding the most hungry person in the planet. We have a decent bowling option which could probably make Ashoke Dinda sit in dug out through out the entire tournament, if Harshal Patel and Varun Aaron are doing decent job.

Yes, after a long time, RCB has got enough resources to play with and yes, this team has everything that a champion team requires .

Badrinath was given more of lower order roles in CSK, but naturally he is an opener for Tamil Nadu.

But he did well here. Whenever the batting order collapsed, he played a responsible innings. RCB always needed someone to do this.

Sammy can do that job.

And don't you think playing 5 specialist bowlers is too much? That too Sammy and Gayle are very good bowling options available.

In T20, you need not go with much of bowling because no matter how talented you are, the batsmen see to score runs by hook or crook. If you are playing 5 specialist bowlers, then you must get in with 5 Dale Steyn-esque bowlers, so that you could expect some consistency. And in RCB, we hardly have bowlers who are as good as Steyn.

Sorry to say, but your line up isn't a good T20 XI for RCB .

Toght game today but fancy KKR since core group is the same compared to RCB. Bowling is an issue still cant trust Dinda & Aaron and sammy too goes for more than 8 RPO so RCB have to expect see that batting always puts more than par score or chase

Pitch and outfield seems to be quite helpfull to batsmans. In short its an batting paradise. RCB has its best batsmans who can hit boundries with each ball they face. Lets hope for the best...
