run outs

I finally got a runout today. The computer hit it to fine-leg and ran a single. But for some reason it stopped, then tried to run for the second, and then tried to come back. I got him out by miles.

Well, I nearly did a while ago. Opposition batsman played it down to thirdman, ran the single and then started to go for another but changed their mind. A second longer and I would've got him!

I believe it was Graeme Smith.

But maybe that's why the computer always runs singles - they don't want to hesitate and try and come back.

I've only ever got 1 run out. The batsman hit it to thedeep and went for two. I got himout by at least a yard on xbox.
