Hey, everyone. I am a content creator for Cricket 24. I mostly make bats, but also playfaces sometimes. Please do checkout the thread for my work. Because when I tried making a player I could copy Chahal's appearance. So I thought it was editable as well. Maybe the new "hotfix" may have fixed it.

One more thing, a lot of the players that we're licensed last year and hadn't been retained this year, their playface DDS files are still in the root folders but the names are generic and they're editable (for the most part) the head appearance can't be changed since the DDS file goevrns it. For Example, RCB's Swapnil Singh, or Ex- SRH player Vivrant Sharma. Same with Yash Dayal and Dasun Shanaka. There are many more if you know who they are.

I've been seeing more and more supposed licensed players that have been unlocked since the last 2 patches. For example, I have at least 4-5 Indian players that are fully unlocked (except their playfaces). Even though it's a bug, it's better this way.
