Yeah, I Austar Digital, and have Discovery Channel, and a new series, A Haunting, they are real storys, and I am still a skeptic, but it has caused doubts in my mind.

Savage. Happy? You know, a demented guy who haunted the Jungles. Although I don't really belive that part, I think it was a giant ape or something.

The noises could be people living above. I here thudding noises etc. from people in the next apartment and above me. It also could be rats in the walls.

I didn't actually say there were ghosts. There is no hard evidence that they exist. Sure it could have been next door but he lives in a detached house

Not preposterous. Not proven but theres nothing in science to disprove the theory of supernatural things. One such is White noise. A theory of ghosts are that they operate at a higher frequency than us humans (Our bodies are made up of vibrations at a set of frequencies.) The theory states that animals (though this is thought to be and may be an old wives tale), can hear and see things that operate at a higher frequency. Hense a cat looking towards a certain place in the room for no apparant reason. My cats (4) have done this at the same time on many occasions and despite I don't believe it is anything, it still scares you sh**less! If that frequency thing is ever proven, then imagine what you'd feel like? I mean, there could be ghosts surrounding you, maybe not concious of your existance, but still......

*Waits for Andrew to tell me I'm completely wrong*

Yeah both of my dogs sometimes look at a blank spot for a minute or two! Sometimes there head like follows something around and they even growl sometimes. Pretty freaky

If my cats ever start to hiss at something not visable to me like your dogs, I'll run very fast out into the back garden. Though that seems stupid. If anything could be invisible like that, why wouldnt it be able to follow you through walls........(ahhh yes, thats how many people explain the passing of ghosts through walls, (if it happens) the frequency allows them to)

Keep posting the stories till Andrew completely changes the path of the discussion by saying

Ok, it appears that many believe the picture to be a fake, though, I'm not quite sure how it would have been done in the 30's. Mind you, the pixies picture was faked and wasn't that before the 30's?
