Baked a soda bread today. Smelled like cake and tasted delicious.

Made homemade battered fish for the first time. A resounding success. Probably not totally healthy though.


Today I attempted buttermilk biscuits. Also, not completely healthy but seems versatile as to what they can be eaten with.

What a wild week that was! Exams were announced, had tedious posting, suffered from Gastritis, yet somehow managed time to draw.
