I've cleaned up my desktop majorly. Now all my icons are in folders. Shortcuts to the folders is in my taskbar. The games folder is next to the MSN guy and the rest hidden in that double arrow.

Heres mine, its a pic I took with some friends... The desktop itself is actually a screenie I took last year, I was trying out a certain practical joke which made the desktop inactive (take a screenshot, put it as desktop, put start menu up top, set it to auto hide), it has certain weird effects like inactive icons..
