Yeah lol . The program is called earthview and it updates in real time about every 10 minutes. Currently the clouds are random but you can also download realtime satellite images but you have to subscribe for that.

The idea of the background is good but it just doesnt look great. also what resolution are you at? Is it just imageshack which makes it look like 640x800
