Fraid it doesn't anymore, just stays on the login screen. You're not missing much, it's basically Windows Messenger with a few colours added.

My background is usually something footbal/hockey/cricket/F1 related, but I thought that you all need to see this pic. It is called "The Pasta Eater", painted by Luca Giordano. I found it in my European History textbook a while back.
The caption is as follows:
