Hi, I'm looking to make my own forum. I'm willing to put lots of time and effort into it.
I need someone to suggest hosts (free hosts, or cheap) and also need a few mods and, well, help! e-mail me with my msn address (that little guy in my user panel) to apply.

This is what I've done so far.
I'm Payneo, the admin. I'm not at all happy with this service. I am willing to pay ?40 per year for a forum, so see what you can do.
