Sleeping?

Don't think I've pulled a pure all-nighter. I've stayed up for 24+ hours but take a nice long nap and muck up my body clock in doing so.

Same here. I stayed up for about 20 hours when the 2006/07 Ashes were going on but I messed up my body clock big time and felt terrible. The fact that England got smashed wasn't the only reason why I was happy the series was over.

probably 25 hours when I fly from England to Dubai (which took 8 hours) and then I stay in Dubai for 3 hours, After that I fly to Pakistan which took 3 hours.
I was Pakistan at 10 am and then 11 hours later at 9 pm I want to sleep.

Did 2 and a half days at an army camp without sleep, and have pulled a few all-nighters at uni, personally my bed is too comfortable not to sleep in ;)

Update:

I just hit the 48 hour mark, and I actually don't feel that bad.
I tempted to bring up a study by Kleitman on the kid who tried to break the world record on going the longest without sleep. He found out that the kid could still think rationally, talk clearly, and even play (and win) at basketball, despite not having slept for a couple of days...

24 hrs. Not too long, is it? :p Actually, there is a very funny story here. I was 7 yrs old then. And well, one morning, my father bought some movie movie CDs from a shop. One of them was that famous thriller, "The Child's Play". And I saw the movie late that night, it ended at 11:30 or so- well, then I went to bed. And.....no, I couldn't close my eyes for even one minute. As whenever I did so, I saw Chucky laughing at me with a blood stained knife in his hand. Know, all of you have started laughing by now, but that was some terrible sight- for a 7 year old. The night passed, no sleep in my eyes, and that was some night.

I took an antibiotic for a fever on an empty stomach and tried to sleep after that. The pain, the fatigue, alternating between too hot and too cold, the weakness. Try doing that. That was a night I never want to do again ever. Ever.

What the hell were your parents thinking letting a 7 year old watch Child's Play. It was that film that ended up in someone killing someone.

Ended up going for about 50 hours without sleep. I didn't actually feel that bad.
