My player has been very inconsistent in FCs. I would like myself to be dropped at 4 or 5 for FCs and let one of our allrounders, say Bobby to open. Such tactics has worked before for an out of form opener. So let us give a shot. Obviously I will be happy to open in shorter formats.

I'll swap you with Markkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk for our next FC match seeing as he mentioned before that he's an opener.

If possible, swap me too. :p I think Tikolo can do a good job up the order and I take his position?
Also the bonding of Tikolo and Jennings might help the team.

I would recommend to refrain from doing that. You have been in good form scoring quick runs up the order and we need someone like your player right up there. Also, ideally your best player needs to bat at #3 and #4 so Tikolo and myself (being an A listed player) take up those spots. I would have still liked Mark to be at #5 and someone from down the order, say Simon or Bobby to open who ain't exactly firing at their respective spots in FCs. Despite good ratings, there is a peculiar pattern of cricsim that it does not let both the openers score too many runs together. Often one of them is out before reaching a personal score of 20 however, if we have a strong middle order (#3,4 and 5), the sim does give us a good chance to dominate in partnership with the other opener. Two solid openers are always great to have particularly in the FCs but cricsim does not take much of it into consideration.

Lets not press the panic button just yet. The point that has been missed from this last defeat is that our spinner failed to take a single wicket in 2 innings while theirs cleaned up. So can we now start playing our best spinner ban or no ban. If you want to change the openers my suggestion would be either Hutch or Simon but definitely dont move Tikolo from 3

I'm sorry but he was whining about not being selected and then went and got himself banned, for these reasons he's not worthy of selection in my opinion.

Fair enough, I'll open if the team wants me too. :thumbs

You'd fit in well at the ECB!! Is he banned for good or is it temporary? Without a quality spinner we can kiss our FC chances goodbye I'm afraid.

We shouldn't have played Loco in this last match either, as on bouncy wickets the fast-mediums tend to go for a lot of runs if you look at the stats from previous matches, but as I said in the match thread the dropped catches cost us dearly. Still our next 50 over match is at home so I will expect us to get back in the groove.

Hey did you really said this about ME? I just cant understand how how I was whinning about not being selected?? and I got banned that is not the point here. those who don't get pick they obviously didn't loss anything but just as is tradition we just express our feelings about being selected if we got selected we say" oh yeah am selected" and if we don't get picked then we say opposite so this is not the valid reason for dropping your performing player and only leg spinner. I have expressed my thoughts after my ban now completed now it's upto team management I wont mind at all if you drop me again and again. @cooks1st100

Lets focus on the remaining matches and pick strongest side. after being dropped from many games, I will need 1-2 limited over matches to be back in my full rhythm. but will try to give my 99.99%.

Happy to have you back @X Factor , as I said to you before there will be quite a few games you will not be involved in due to the green wickets, which obviously suit our pace attack, but you will still see plenty of action if our captain is willing to pick you. Try not to get yourself banned again at least until the PCPL is over.

Again didn't got my opportunity here :(
^I was referring to this post, on reflection perhaps I was a little harsh but I still stand by the fact that if you're banned from this site you don't get picked.

Now that you're back I'll consider you for selection.

In regards to our batting as I said previously I don't think we should panic as generally our batting averages a pretty good apart from Simon having a bit of a mare in FC. Remember guys we are playing a lot of games on green and bouncy pitches in the one day formats which makes it very difficult for the top order.

@Simon at what point does the training happen in regards to activity?
