suggestion: please try adjusting the password fields. The actual password field and confirm password field are not in a straight line. It will be really confusing if the user has missed the word or added an extra word. It is technically working fine though graphical looks broken.

Bug: Not able to add the players to the team's through the playerdatabase file. The lists of players is displayed on the screen but nothing happens when I click 'confirm' to add the players to the squad.

OK, everything is working absolutely fantastic. But it would've been great if we had another filter (Filter by Nationality) for searching players (while adding players to the team).

Technically, the whole setup is fantastic and working perfectly now. Is there any chance we get to see Beta 2 live in the coming week?

Yeh, I know Phase 1 is the boring part. It basically deals with preparing the database. Phase 2 is where it will get interesting. That would take time though. It's gonna be a massive update.
