England has recently revealed their Ashes kit, however Australia is yet to do that. Moreover, I believe @BigAntStudios don't want to release any information until it's ashes only atmosphere in the cricketing world. Probably, they are waiting for the WTC Final to end first and then go on full throttle with C24 promotion.

But there would have been a release date right , as the game has physical sales and how will they dispatch to different countries and stores in such a quick turnaround time.
