Someone who has played patched version please help!

Hi, I've got a question for all those who have played a patched version of AC09.

I have heard that the edges carry to the slips a lot more with the patch, does this mean that you can skittle a team out really quickly now. Because if all the edges you get in the original version carried then you'd get a wicket that way pretty much every over.

Or have they reduced the frequency of edges and are there more play and misses to prevent too many wickets in this way.

They reduced the edge window so there are fewer edges and they tend to carry. Overall it's harder to get wickets I find. Definitely a lot more play and misses.

As Colin said: however I find it is nigh impossible to get a clean bowled wicket with the patch.
