Long haired Dhoni is unlinked.

Made some slight tweaks to (hopefully) improve the Sehwag and Harbhajan face models. So redownload those guys if you want.

I use photoshop to make the logos, often layer by layer if they're complicated. Then convert them each to svg here. Then upload in the logo creator and do the colours.

It's slightly convoluted but I prefer to work in photoshop than any SVG program.
