If I was doing it, I'd put pitch friction up each day. Starting it lower than default in certain conditions.Should the pitch friction go from low to high with each day or high to low as Rumple had it?.
India won the toss and elected to bat first but will be bitterly disappointed at a poor batting display that has seen them bowled out on day 1 of the first test match however the Aussies won't be too happy either at completing the day with 1 wicket back in the pavilion, Mark Taylor's off stump removed while leaving a ball that cut back inside.
