Some space for Kaul needed, he was the heart of SRH alongside Bhuvi.

My version

Warner
Dhawan
Pandey
Saha
Shakib
Carlos
Yusuf
Rashid
Bhuvi
Sandeep
Kaul

Carlos Brathwaite he can even bowl and could hit the ball well

Even I think Warner will use Kane in the first initial matches as we have seen last year

Not a big fan of Thampi even if he has pace. He was expensive when he played for GL last year. Kaul should definitely make it ahead of him.

Warner would also prefer Kaul as he did last year over Sran.

He needs a break. Hopefully, he will continue his batting performances he has been putting for SRH, since 2014
No doubts that he will give his best for [HASHTAG]#orangearmy[/HASHTAG] but being a die hard fan i wanna see him playing national side too.

I think Sunrisers have a good squad, but a bit wary of the fact that if we play Brathwaite, that would mean either Kane or Shakib to be dropped and we have a weaker batting order. Also, that would mean moving Yusuf Pathan up, who is a big hitter but he's been out of form recently and has even been dropped by his state team Baroda. I assume you could send Saha up if we play Brathwaite, but that too Saha is a hit or miss player. However, we have got an excellent keeper, who is arguably the best after Dhoni in India. I think we've got an excellent bolwing lineup once again, but a bit wary from 6-8 where they will likely do the big hitting and Sunrisers haven't got too much there. Yusuf/Hooda are decent but hit-or-miss and I haven't seen Saha go big ever since that 2014 IPL final. Bhuvi rotates the strike well, but Sunrisers need to figure out who the best candidate is that can bat at 6/7 and hit big. Our #1-5 look very good though. I would keep Kane Williamson for the fact that he's performed for SRH last few seasons and he's a brilliant fielder. Pandey and Shakib are experienced players, Shakib is good spinner to bowl with Rashid in the middle overs.

Good team, I hope this team can win and lift the trophy for the 2nd time. :)

Nabi is better than Braithwaite from every angle.

Also, Saha can be promoted up the order. He can hit big, but he doesn’t get the chance. He opened against Mumbai last season, and scored 93.

Unlikely that he would open, but Saha could be tried at 3. But I don't have full confidence he can keep the RR going in the Powerplay and middle overs.

Unless it is a spinning track that would allow Nabi to play, hence 3 spinners at the dropping of Williamson. Otherwise it is Shakib vs Nabi, safe to say Shakib will the get the nod ahead of Nabi. Brathwaite is overrated overall, but the only good thing about him is he can hit big. This makes him ideal to play down the order and finish the innings with a flourish. Nabi can also hit big, but in terms of finisher I'd rather go with Brathwaite.
