Can we see the bids? If I bid more for pietersen then I win this round, right? I was leading the first round and if I lead this round he should be ours. Please details.

How come I did not get Shahid Afridi, I Bid 85,000? which is the same that Cardiff bid on him, I was highest bidder in round 2, so should he not have gone to me?

I am shockingly short of players

Because someone bid higher than you Virender .

That's what I mean by mistakes Rizzyx , Afridi is yours I believe (you can double check if I've made a mistake by checking the first page for the player ).

Just to clear up because I've had a couple of Pm's. Where a player has green next to them shows that they've been won. On the second sheet the teams that have names in them have been done so far (and are complete with who they have won) however I've not had time to do a few so the empty ones will be completed for when the auction starts this evening .

Sorry, my bad didn't notice 2nd round I wasn't the highest bidder. All's clear now

I was under the impression, the highest bidder on round 3 would get the player?

How does the next round work?

As described in the original post the next round is a private round. This just means that you don't see the highest bidder on a player at the end of a round so it should speed up a bit and be a bit more guesswork/estimating prices.

You will see if you've won a player(s) at the end of a round though or if others have won them as well .

Don't worry, you're not the only one short of players at the moment and you're not last either .

Auction - Round 4 - Private Round​

The fourth round of the auction is now starting using the attached database . To bid please use the following form and send them in a private message to me with the subject "(Team name) - Auction 4", I have already sent my bid to MattW :

-All bids must be either equal or above to a players base value. Please make sure you write the players name EXACTLY as it written in the database to avoid any confusion.

-YOU MAY ONLY SEND IN ONE FORM PER ROUND SO YOUR DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND MAY NOT BE CHANGED/ADDED TO.

-Because this is a rivate round the highest bidder on each player shall not be announced at the end of the round but if a player is won they will be.

-You may not have more than 15 active bids per round to avoid you ending up with too many players. You may raise your previous bids though.

-You will be penalised for running out of funds before filling your 15 player slots.

-All bids must be in increments of $2500.

-The confirmed squads so far can be found on the second page of the spreadsheet including your remaining budget.

\joint bid rules :

In the event that... :

Two managers were joint on bids in the previous round, if either of those players gets the highest bid this round they win that player.

One manager was the highest bidder on a player in the previous round but gets a joint bid in this round, the manager gets the player.

Two managers were joint in bids in the previous round and joint on highest bids at the end of this round, neither manager gets the player.

The fourth round of auctioning is now open.​

It closes at 8:00PM (GMT) on Thursday 27th February (or when all replies are received)​

Quick question. If i bid on a player now and dont increase the bid in next round but somebody else bid on that player. If my bid is still higher then I'll get that player. Right?
