If I am out bid for him in next round, he will still be available on the following round?

That is correct, plans are to have a total of 7 rounds so 4 more private (or not if it ends before then) but depending on the amount of remaining players I'll either extend it or do something else if people still need players.

If anyone wants a more clear way to scout players I have hidden everyone who has been purchased in the attached spreadsheet here .
