How is the ICC going to broadcast the WT20? As far as I know, they have only found television rights holders for the sub continent. The rest seems to be telecast free of ICC TV.

On Sky Sports in the UK but the timing is pretty good for us, afternoon and early evening start times. Just the evening matches (local time) that will be on in the middle of the night and none of those involve England.

M nawaz is the worst spinner ever he can't turn the ball and single handedly gave away wide after wide no ball full tosses against India in the final over and gave away 17 runs which were needed

Nawaz is a 3d type cricketer than can bat, bowl, field they are very rare in this era.

Same with bowling. Only Pakistan in 2009 won with having the highest wicket-taker of the tournament.
Although in last few editions, Hasaranga has benefitted from having 2 extra matches. Otherwise, Adam Zampa (2021) and Sam Curran (2022) were highest wicket takers counting from Super Six onwards.
