I am thinking about changing my tablet and i want to buy a new tablet/phone which has the ability to be customized and there are tons of rom for that in the market .
First of all shall i go for tab/phone?
Budget - Tab- 15,000 INR, Phone- 10,000 INR

MI Pad does seems decent but what you think about going for a tablet or phone?

It depends on your uses preference.
For calling + surfing + multimedia - go for phone.
Surfing + multimedia - go for tablet.
