Taking screenshot without any software

Yeah, that's why I suggested CamStudio for screen recording as it "is able to record all screen and audio activity on your computer".
But Fraps also has a benchmarking feature.

do you all think that this function is easier than any screen shot software
Its hardly a new and unknown feature though. But it is very handy. For several versions of Word and Outlook etc you can paste the screengrabs straight into your documents/emails too. But as its been said, it wont grab ingame images whereas fraps does but that doesnt grab windows apps.

Oh yes, it works for some games, but I think the number it won't probably outnumbers the number it will (well it does on the games I've played anyhow ;))

Well I just tried out a free screen capturing software called Screen Print & Capture 32. IMO it's not's bad at all.

Screen Print & Capture 32 allows you to print the full desktop, active window, predefined area, or user-selected area of the screen with a single key press. You can add user-defined headers and footers with date and time stamps, resize the printed image, convert to grayscale or negative image, and fade or resize the image to reduce toner or ink usage. You can capture screen images and save them to a user-selected local or network folder in either GIF, BMP, JPEG, or PNG formats with user-configurable file naming. You can use it to capture an area of the screen to your clipboard and paste it directly into your documents. Screen Print & Capture 32 can be set up to be completely transparent to the end user.

Fraps can slow down the application, but I find the most convenient of all. You could use a program called SnagIt, it's not free, but from what I have heard it's pretty good. A freeware for the job could be CamStudio.

in software capturing ,it takes time but in this just press the key adn press alt+tab and then save it in your image viewer.EASY!!
