Agree!!...JK and LM didn't logged in from 7th and 15th March respectively...May be they are busy but the sudden disappearance of both fears me....

Maybe EA kidnapped them and are being forced to work with EA on their cricket game for free in a secret underground dungeon. Reminds me of the Iron Man situation. Oh well, let's just hope they bust out of there !

On a more serious note, they must be working to finish the alpha release. Fingers crossed for the good news.

Then the cynics arrive, say the game will never be made. A short war ensues, where it is a battle of people who feel LM and JK's passion is enough to make the game against those who think the fact they've taken so long shows it'll never be made.

Everything goes silent, the tentative deadline passes. People start to pop in to ask where is the promised video/pics/demo/announcement etc. The cynics rear the heads again. Then the TAOC supporters bite back, stating JK and LM are busy and don't have so much time. Cynics claim this is why the game will never be done, and another short war breaks out till JK or LM arrive to diffuse the situation.

A new, minor, update is posted up again. The fans start singing praises, and the circle repeats all over again.

So the discussion of the un-released Alpha was a refreshing change

Totally agree, I've made my feelings more than clear on this shoddy "project," but I still maintain that its not fair the JK is in the position he's in.

welll mate even if no one cares but i read it and then saw all the threads in taoc and examined it (i had some wasteful time) from first to last and it was absolutely true dead right and if we go according to that you are a part of people who praise jk and lm (even i do) so it is really difficult (no offence) that alpha will release on 11 april
and jk personal lifes problems are even bigger blow to taoc hope the problems evade
but i would love lm proves me wrong

Umm...don't know if everyone has already realised, but the TAOC Alpha is that 'random monthly prize'. Gazza, Tom and Friend have been given the right to distribute the .exe to those who PM then.

Classic cycle Zorax, Also I believe it wouldn't stop with the Alpha release, once the greedy got it, they go for the beta and demo, trial, full, demand and whatever.
