Finally I get in the double figures and score an OK 42. Great batting by Aditya, he is in the form of his life.

We are well placed at the end of day one and if we can add another 150 odd runs then we may win this one by an innings.

Would have been a little more active if my workplace liked Cricket leagues.

Go on guys! Set them a huge total of 300+ like our guys want. That would definetly be hard to chase.

Annoyingly Sohum has set the comp to 4 days rather than 5 as we have previously had it, so there will be a hell of a lot of draws. Hopefully we can bat quick enough to set them a difficult target on the last day.

Thats not good news tbh. The games end up as draw most of the time in 5 Day games.

Also I think we dont have any specialist spinner? From my experience its very useful in the TESTs..
