I am not at any point defending the ECB from anything here, nor am I suggesting other boards are better. If the Admins of PC are the ICC, and they came on here to say get back on topic, you have essentially ignored that (as I have unfortunately, sorry Colin!!!) and it would be like Mark getting banned, but then turning around and saying, "Actually, no, I'm not banned, because despite the fact you are in charge, I'll make my own rules thank you very much."
