You know... I would but the problem is the office is in Delhi and I am in Mumbai. They make you hold for like 5-10 minutes. I am not willing to throw away that kind of money to support a bad broadcaster.

Mate three guys have already tried doing this.It was even there in the times of india.Anyhow the answer you get is "our engineers have heard you and we will try and bring you the entire telecast"
i'm telling you you'll only waste your money on this.coz DD wont oblige.

yesterday I heard one or two calls in which they talked abt this thing but I think the words need to be a bit more acerbic... they need to know that what they are showin is absolutely crap and it is the biggest disrespect to the most respected sport in the country...

Even if Ten Sports gets the rights, Zee would benefit... Read in Economic Times a fortnight ago that Sheikh Bukhatir is thinkin of sellin it and Zee is a forerunner in the list of buyers...so may be to preserve the brand they'll keep it as Ten Sports but still if Zee buys out the channel then they'll be able to slap BCCI in the face by overcoming all the difficult clauses of the contract and also at the same time be able to telecast matches from Pak, SL and WI...

Doordarshan is broke..!!!!!
They cannot bid for the telecast rights.Not even the olympics and asian games.So they can forget about cricket and fourth umpire.

Well here it is.
The BCCI has drafted the tender for the telecast rights for cricket in India.
It would be finalised by next week.
Acc the tender a channel can only bid if it has 3 years of experience with itself.
So one can easily sideline ZEE as they have virtually no chance of bidding.
Neither SETMAX nor Ten Sports have deep pockets and Doordarshan has no chance.

So that makes ESPN STAR SPORTS the clear cut winner.
And i hope so it happens that way.
