Leverocks - would I be able to draft South African players such as Graeme Smith, J.P. Duminy, etc. as local players?

And also, forget the match limit. I think there should be something like 20 first class wickets, or 500 first class runs. 20 matches could work, but what if there is a tailender who averages 70 odd because they are always not out? What if there is a batsman who has taken 1 wicket ever at an average of 5? I know it sounds like a silly concept, but I'm sure there would be cases.

Same thing happened in my Australian Premier League competition. I have set a minimum bowling average of 26 and max batting of 45 (One Day Comp). Other wise people like Mendis would dominate too much. Also some local new bowlers had low bowling averages so I just adjusted them up to what I thought they might average in this kind of competition, and compared them to other players. In the end it is going pretty well.

So when it is your pick you can select any african player under 25 and one over 25 (just for picks 1-10) So you will pick 2 african players at a time, good luck.
