Moto X is a good phone. Apparently the moto x+1 will be coming out in the next few months but that's somewhat of a rumour.

I have heard about a software named GioneeXender that fastly transfers a file from one mobile to another, without any use of internet or WIFI or bluetooth.

But the software is not available on Google play. Instead they rare providing apk of it.
Does anyone have any idea of the software ? Is it safe to install in mobile ?

You can try this.This might be a lil complicated,but should work.
And rooting doesn't mean that you can't claim warranty.There's always and option to unroot,and voila-you're warranty comes back on track.
