question, what players count as International players? Ones that are currently playing? and the people who have played International but aren't playing at the moment are domestics?

It says in the drafting rules, Internationals are players that have played that format for Australia.

For example, Phillip Hughes would be counted as a test international as he has played test matches for Australia. David Warner would not be.
