Craig Kieswetter
5,728 runs @ 39.23 (11 centuries, best 164) and 343 dismissals (331 ct, 12 st) in 115 first-class matches
Jos Buttler played 57 Test matches for England, but that was only possible because he moved counties to Lancashire and away from Craig Kieswetter, the Somerset man who was the better red-ball cricketer. Kieswetter would have provided stiff competition to the likes of Bairstow, Buttler and Foakes for the past 10 years had he not sustained an eye injury aged just 26 that ended his cricket career.

For my next pick I’ll once again return to the well, that well being the paradise of the Caribbean but also the fires in Babylon.
The leader of my attack is the great Andy Roberts luckily he has only played 47 tests so fits nicely in that 27-49 band to join his fellow 3 West Indians.
