The Bands Draft

This one is more of a potential pick compared to most of my other ones and a personal one. He has started the County Championship this year on fire and back to his best for the best county (Up the Notts), in a month's time he shouldn't be eligible for this band and has a massive next 9 months ahead of him if he can stay fit. So Josh Tongue is my pick for the 2 test band.

1. :ind: :bat: Vijay Merchant (8-10)
2. :pak: :bat: Fakhar Zaman (3)
3. :ire: :bat: Ed Joyce (1)
4.:wi: :bat: George Headley (17-26)
5. :wi: :ar: Garfield Sobers (50+)
6. :sri: :ar: Kamindu Mendis (11-16)
7.
8. :wi: :bwl: Sunil Narine (6-7)
9. :wi: :bwl: Andy Roberts (27-49)
10. :eng: :bwl: Josh Tongue (2)

:nzf: :bat: John F. Reid (band 3)
1,296 runs @ 46.28 (6 centuries, best 180) in 19 Test matches

For John Reid, cricket was a hobby and teaching was the priority. Yet he was so good at his hobby that he finished his career with six Test centuries and an average of over 45 despite facing the likes of Wasim, Waqar, Imran, Kapil and McDermott.

1. :eng: :bat: "Jack" Russell (band 5)
2. :eng: :bat: Wilf Slack (band 8)
3. :nzf: :bat: John F. Reid (band 3)
4.
5. :eng: :wkb: Craig Kieswetter (band 11)
6. :saf: :ar: Mike Procter (band 6)
7. :aus: :ar: Alan Davidson (band 2)
8. :aus: :bwl: Shane Warne (band 1)
9. :aus: :bwl: Alec Hurwood (band 9)
10. :eng: :bwl: Charlie Parker (band 10)
11. :wi: :bwl: Tony Gray (band 7)
