The Best Players

I have been managing all international teams and have a theory to discover the best players.

The higher salary a player gets determines how good they are - e.g. sehwag, watson are on over 80k and anyone over 60k is good on the game. I tried out young players like suppiah, panesar, liddle and plunkett and they all performed badly, wheras players with a high salary like jaques, d. hussey, salvi and kambli all perform superbly.

Aussie best players - jaques, d. hussey, watson, martyn, hayden, gilchrist
india best players - sehwag, harbhajan, salvi, balaji, kambli, gambhir, gagandeep
england best players - thorpe, trescothick, hildreth, laraman, bell, pietersen
pakistan best players - kaneria, sarfraz, mughal, masood, bin nasir, bazid
s. africa best players - rowley, puttick, amla, duminy, smith, pollock, gibbs
Sri lanka best players - sangakkara, jayasuriya, atapattu, muralitharan, vaas

im doing a career as Australia and that Rowley bloke has made 0, 0, 16, 0 in his four innings so far. Martyn didnt perform for me so i went with hodgey, who averages about 60 in 8 Tests.
Also Hayden is a dead set gun, he made 4 100's in the Ashes, 876 runs in total, in 7 innings, 2 not outs. He got injured for the second and third tests vs the windies so i brought hussey in, and the results were similar to real life.
I forgot to take a screeny but in the first test he made 30, 35*, and in the second he made 291*, batting for the whole innings. Here he is after 2 Tests v South Africa, after making 14 and 134

I'm playing a county game, and I assume that this guy could be a generated player.
His name is Ganga Dilshan from Sri Lanka. He averages in the mid teens in both formats of the game. He is a slow left arm bowler.

Harbhajan is superb but he was available for only 1 year and after that never seen again.

it hurts when one of your best international player has to leave due to international duties and then never return back.

Afridi is good, Sehwag the best. I had R. Dravid and Sehwag in one season and they're just amazing.
Its also important to select players from youth team, they turn out quite well.

for me Yashpal Singh is great. he avg 71 in test with 6321 runs best of 299

i decided to give symonds a run in the test team because watson was averaging <20, and he made back to back 100's, and took 9 wickets @ 26
