Ice Age, I am trying to work with Ed and help out here. Trying to work through some of His moaning issues and sexist behaviour – we need to create an environment where He feels safe but bring Him up to date with the modern world…

There is certain behaviours that He is displaying that are showing all the hallmarks of a typical male silverback behaviour…

Progress could still be made but old Ed is difficult to work with…

I will just say that I find it baffling that someone thinks that "lol your a girl" is a funny or insulting thing to say in the year 2016, that's basically primary-school level
