You always look very poised with a cool tempo. Its one of the toughest natural gifts an individual can posses. Something which I am trying to maintain too but you know what, if my colleagues especially my team lead and project manager irritate to me some extent with impossible deadlines, i loose my tempo. Especially when I am made to slog till early mornings 1 or 2 in office, i will be cursing my leads and doing the work...

May be there is something very important for me to learn from you Viral. Do you have the habit of doing meditation? Even Indian cricket players have been doing yoga if i have remembered rightly?
