Under-19 fixtures (between teams of same age group) shouldn’t count as FC, List A or T20 usually. There may be an odd case where an U-19 team played one of those three types of games but I’m yet to see any.

I will go with Moin Khan. Played just 5 T20s, but he outplayed every other batter despite being at the twilight of his career. Clearly possessed the skills needed to be good at T20s, and fills my keeper slot too.
