I was still having my drink then, there was no way!
Australia follows on as India are in the top position
Australia have been asked to follow-on by India, after failing miserably in their first innings, by only scoring 371 to India`s first innings total of 587. The Aussies are now 0-39, with Gajan T on 27* off just 28 deliveries, and his opening partner skrillex_x on 10* off 26 balls.
Australia started their session by losing Biggy in the first over for just one run, the big-hitting Queenslander is not having a match to remember, with no wickets and just the one run for the match, he wont be happy with that. Biggy became another victim of Mihir Doshi`s superb leg-spin, with Doshi grabbing 2 wickets in the innings so far.
20/20 PRO also went out in quick sucession to the quickie bladescape, with 8 off 20 deliveries, which meant that the Aussies were crumbling away, with holdenator the only specialist wicket-keeper/batsman left. Holdenator was going very slowly, and in the end, got out for 17 off 78 deliveries, after falling to another Callum Gray moment, not a bad ball, had a bit of bounce that caught holdenator by surprised, as a result he hit it high in the air to give rahulkhush his third catch of the match, great effort. This gave Callum Gray yet another test 5-wicket haul, and is definitely a contender for the 'MOTD' Award.
This meant that hedger_14 and BKB1991 were the only batsmen left, There was no miracle as hedger edged a ball to AshesXII at slip on 9, bowled once again by who else but Callum Gray, who grabbed his 6th wicket to close the Australian innings.
The Australians followed on, with Gajan T playing his shots from the moment the innings started, hitting 5 fours on his way to 27 not out off just 28 deliveries, with his partner skrillex_x batting solidly and carefully with 10 not out off 26 balls.
This looks like India`s test match, and they are favourites to win the match after Australia`s poor performances with the bat and ball. The Australians will look for quick and steady runs tomorrow, and maybe pull off a miracle.
The Man-Of-The Day is Callum Gray for his 6-wicket haul, and will be the third Indian after Three days to feature on the MVP Leaderboard.
Note: The MVP Leaderboard and other stats are in the first post, along with how you can win Prize Money. The MVP Leaderboard is updated after each day and match, and the Run-scores and wicket-takers are updated after every match.
Callum Gray just doesn't sound very..... Indian? . Nice performance from myself, looking to take some time out of the game by wearing down those bowlers, I'll come back strong don't you worry!
Lets put up a poll:
This is either
A) The longest Test Match ever
B) The most boring Test Match ever
C) Both of the above
D) Troy is gay, this is to be expected
