So,this has turned out to be a net usage discussion thread now.
This has to be the longest test-match ever,Troy.

Oh my god...mate, it takes me 10 minutes to load a fecking picture, and another 10 minutes to load a page...it`d be nice if people were actually reasonable..

1st Test- Day 4 @ The Gabba- 1st November 2009

Australia lose the toss and India decides to bat

India smash Australia by an innings and 73 runs

Australia have lost the 1st Test of the PC Border-Gavaskar Trophy by an innings and 73 runs, a depressing start to the series. They were dismissed for just 143 in their second innings, a very poor match for the Aussies.


rahuldravidfan has been awarded the MOTM award, making him the leader of the MVP leaderboard for his 265 in the first innings. He wasnt the only candidate, as his teammate, off-spinner Callum Gray was great with the ball, with 8 wickets for the match, definitely not a push-over.


Australia lost their last 4 wickets a short time after the start of the session, with holdenator only managing 2 runs, whilst hedger_14 only got 4 and BKB1991 making a 9-ball duck. 20/20 PRO was left standing not out on 7*. RDF and Mihir Doshi were the star of the bowlers, getting 3 wickets each, whilst the off-spinner Callum Gray and quickie bladescape 2 wickets each, giving India a relatively easy win due to Australia`s batting failures.


Australia will ponder over the loss while India will be celebrating after such a satisfying win. The Aussies will look to improve in the next test of the 5-match series, and India will look to carry this superb form to the next test.

These players are officially dropped of their spots as Amit Mishra and Virender Sehwag. Binnu (Kumble) and Gary123 (Badrinath) will be given Mishra and Sehwag as they posted a little bit despite them not playing. Mihir Doshi and Yudi will be Kumble and Badrinath from now on.

Shame on you Yudi and MD!
