Not Pool A but better than what you already were. You ratings increased after that training.

No, because:

1. Your budget left over was 3k. 3k+25k=28k. So, that would be beyond your budget, but either way...
2. Neer already made purchases on your behalf so what you actually have left is 4k.

So what about the 36k sent to User?
