Activity bonuses can be achieved in the following ways:

• A player with at least one post per match thread will get two basic trainings.
• A player with a total of at least 10 posts in the match threads will get one basic training.

Activity as stated above will be counted for the first five rounds across all formats and counted again for the next five rounds. So a player may get bonuses in mid-season as well as before the play-offs.

Team owners are advised to keep track of the post counts for members so the process is quick when they have to turn in the post counts. If a team owner does not turn them in, activity bonuses will not be rewarded.

I have a doubt, will the post be counted after the start of the match? or after the the thread is created (where the staff ask for lineup) and what if any of the team managers lie about the count

Star Player Players are categorized in 3 - Pool A, B, C.
The base price showed that the most rated will C<B<A for Star players.

So these power-ups will increase the rating up for star players.
