I say Mavericks are occupied with training and strategy planning to be the best team this year. Mavericks can possibly lift all the trophies this year. Strange ( @Parth D as in me ) and Loki ( @PresidentEvil ) travel to Dimension #687.

We land on Asgard and find 'Dimension #33 Thor' a.k.a @Sami Kumar chained in a dungeon.

Thor #33 ( @Sami Kumar ) explains that this is the work of Surtur, a devil who wants to destroy Asgard,
and he is now after the Thor of Dimension #687 aka @Vishal687 .

Sami Kumar's version of Thor wants me and Loki to go and make Vishal's version of Thor aware of this situation.

We leave for the castle to inform Vishal's version of Thor.
He is delighted to see Loki (and me, perhaps.)

Loki then explains him the dreaded situation.
Thor #687 ( @Vishal687 ) then summons his hammer and all three of us leave for the dungeon again.

We find Surtur waiting for us, holding Thor #33 ( @Sami Kumar ) captive.

Without even thinking twice, Thor #687 ( @Vishal687 ) starts fighting Surtur.

I try to blend in to provide support to Thor #687 but my attempts go in vain as my magic is blocked by some Asgardian spell-block.
Surtur in turn, is in full carnage mode and wants to just completely destroy everyone in his way.

Thor #687 ( @Vishal687 ) quickly notices this and realises that three people's lives are at stake because of him.
As Surtur was after his life and his dimension's Asgard.

He jumps into the middle and boldly says,

"I am going to put an end to this Surtur.
Doctor Strange, I protect you now, you promise me to protect the multiverse reality.
Loki, Father will be proud of us. Just don't die this time
Thor ( @Sami Kumar ), take my legacy forward and higher.

I guess my time has come. This is my duty.
Because that's what heroes do."

He puts out every bit of himself and fights Surtur. All hail the God of Thunder.
I just can't do anything but witness in silence because that is what needs to be done.

BOOM. Surtur is destroyed.
Asgard is in ashes.

Thor #687 a.k.a @Vishal687 sacrifices himself.
Because that's what heroes do.

As me, Loki and Thor #33 all look in dismay.

The PlanetCricket League 3.0 management has made the decision of renaming the List-A Championship the 'Kumar Vishal Trophy'. It was an unfortunate and unforeseen tragedy that struck right before the start of the tournament, and all of us have made no secrets in extending our condolences and well wishes in this difficult time to his friends and family.

Instead of marring a wonderful league with such tragic circumstances, they've decided to celebrate the life of Kumar Vishal and rename the One-Day Cup after him. We should remember him for the life he lived and the friend he was, instead of an unfortunate tragedy.

Therefore we are releasing Kumar Vishal from our squad so that the management can honor him properly and gloriously by naming an entire competition after him.

We are proud that Kumar played his last match in our colors with a great last 96* runs inning.

We will always miss you bro !
