I want to say a few things about this.
First, whenever I disagreed with Simon's policies, I always RESPECTFULLY disagreed with them.
NEVER did I start cursing, or cussing.
I had reasons to disagree with Simon's policies.
One was that I felt that he was imposing rules and regulations on Toronto, but the same rules and regulations did not apply to other teams. English is not my first language, therefore if my tone upsets you, I apologize.
Secondly, I'm sorry that Simon has to talk about me to his girlfriend
Thirdly, if I can't see "If you don't send me $50k in one minute, I'm going to give Toronto a reverse line up" as a joke, then I'm sorry, but it sounds VERY convincing.
Overall, whenever I felt that Toronto got the bad end of the stick, I made sure that I tried to level the playing field. I ALWAYS
RESPECTFULLY debated with Simon about his decisions. Never did I call him a fag, *******, etc. Whatever I said about his policies was respectfully done.
Therefore, I don't see the grounds for punishment, except for respectfully debating with him about the rules he has imposed.
Let me give some examples:
- Toronto team will get 11 players from the draft, while some teams got 13 (I rectified this)
- Upon asking for the team files from Treva (which Rhys was doing), I received a big fat no.
Although Rhys was all for giving them out (and was actively giving them). I told him about this, and how
consistency was required.
- Other teams received the latest team files at one point (if requested) ; When Toronto asked, we were refused the team files. Consistency?
- Toronto team has to be in earlier than all other teams.
- Toronto team was required to face a normal team when the team was posted late (granted, Jaz posted that he will give teams an extra half hour), but the team was posted by the wrong person (and worded incorrectly). The reason I was upset, was because this rule was STRICTLY enforced during the entire season.
There is one reason for why I would respectfully debate with Simon about the rules. They weren't
consistently followed.
The rules would change after each round, without announcement. This is why the many arguments occured.
In a democracy, everyone has a say in how things are run. I made sure he knew what I felt on the subject, whether he wanted to know or not. He can NEVER say that I insulted him.
If we are going to start punishments for debating, then you may as well close the entire forum down.
I never technically
argued.
Arguing is when you're just fighting in an argument without a reason.
Debating is supporting what you say with facts. And thats what I did. And I was punished for it.

Just to add to this -
Although nobody from Dublin (who should be the only ones who can put up a line up) posted a team, they received their old team.
But the unfortunate ones from Chennai wern't able to post a team, and thus got a reverse line up.
Key word - consistency.
Oh - nobody quote this post, or reply to it, or NP10 will delete it
