Do we really need more players? I think it is fine as it is.

It is an important question. We need to have some discuss on this away from the public, look at who we have currently, how players performed last season, who we are aming to get for the new season, who we can get and take it from there, I guess Ollie would and others concern would be part of that review and settle this early and not wait when season commence.

Well the next season does start to commence in July...

Giving the owners a heads up and the players (that are involved) - due to inactivity, I feel that the following should / need to be dropped:

Maney2k8 (he wants to go badly to Dublin)
evertonfan
Leicester Fox
Burnsy1

Also, I think we need to change almost all the all-rounders to a pure batsman or bowler, as all-rounders seem to not be the way to go in this game. Also, we need a way to get our thread active

Ok z What I would first like to know, being the newest persons associated with the team are dates of next start time, a list of all members/players, thier role etc...
This is why I said before something are best discussed away from the public. It is also the reason that I suggested that PMs should be allow to more than 2 persons, so that we as owners/co-owners/captain can have discuss and the whole forum don't have to know our plans till we are good and ready!!

Next season begins late December I THINK.

A list of all the current members are on the first page, towards the bottom, including their roles.

I do agree with your point about the PM thing, since it's hard for all the owners, captain, and vice captain to all come online at the same time due to different time zones and other commitments.
