Thats a custom stadium. Licensed stadiums do not have that issue.

And as others have said, was not really an issue for most. It never even entered my mind.

I don't think it's a pre-patch version. IIRC @WealeyH mentioned the version he posted the videos from includes the Day 1 patch.
