Tuesday 9th April

Slowly the umpire walked away from David. David slowly turned around to look at me,

"Sorry Tom. You didn't get it. It was given to Jamie Averis. Bad luck, mate"

"It doesn't matter, he probably deserved it."

Cooky was voicing his displeasure at the decision saying it was blatant corruption and that how the hell had I not been given it. I really wasn't too bothered, although I was slightly disappointed, if I was honest with myself. It was nice tosee Cooky getting so involved though. I think he feels he owes some sort of debt to me. I was still really happy with our superb win even though I had not got MOTM. I told everyone it did not matter and that we should make up for it by enjoying ourselves tonight

The MOTM, Jamie Averis​

Eventually after everyone had recovered from the MOTM award we finished packing our kit up. Everyone was laughing and joking around. We had an extra day up here and we had to decide what we were going to do. We decided to have a vote. In the end, we decided that we would head back to the hotel for today to relax and then go to Thorpe Park tomorrow It would be good fun and a great way, not only for the team to unwind but also to help everyone to feel more like a team. Some of those ride's look pretty terrifying but I expected us all to have a good time.

Soon everyone was ready. We shook hands with the Gloucestserhire boy's and then the club members who wished us well for the rest of the season and congratulated us on a fine performance. We thanked them for the hospitality and said we looked forward to the re-match. We all lugged our kit behind us and dumped it on poor Ramzz to put into the coach We spent the journey laughing and chatting about the finer points of our great victory and when I said as a joke that I thought I was the best player on the team I soon found myself being pinned down with A**-Hole being written on my fore-head :laugh

Arriving at the hotel at half-past four meant we had some time to un-wind. I once again decided to go for a swim, but this time was also joined by Cooky, Martin, Andy, Amjad and David. We decided we would play 3-A side football with a beach ball . I was playing with Cooky and Andy. We were completely thrashed 6-2. I blame the other two for being scared of being dragged under the water by David

However all of a sudden everyone went really silent. I looked at the guys only to realise they suddenly had looks on their faces as if they had just been struck dumb. I looked around and my jaw dropped.

WOW!!!

The most attractive woman I had ever seen in my life had just walked in. She gave us a quick glance and winked at Cooky before lieing down on the edge of the pool. I could see a glazed look appear on Cooky's face which always means trouble. I leant over and whispered into his ear,

"Cooky, remember your promise. Don't let her distract you. You have Jenny waiting at home for you."

"Yeah your right Tom. God I hate having to be good "

Slowly we all got out of the pool. The woman waved good-bye to us and blew Cooky a kiss Thankfully he ignored her. Hopefully she would not try and find him this evening.

She could have been trouble. Pretty attractive though ​

We all dried ourselves and each began to head back to our rooms. We had 45 minutes till tea and so I decided to have a quick shower before getting ready. Tonight would be good fun. David better be buying the first round though



Oh Yeah. 50 pages!!! :happy Thank you everyone for your continued support. I've never had a story go so far, I think this is double the length of my Ashes one

Just some criticism as its all been about cooky maybe one of the good members gets in trouble or cooky gets in trouble but blames it on one of the good guys. Maybe Cooky doesnt do anything and one of the other guys does but Cooky ends out getting into trouble because he's known as the trouble maker. Also id like a twist like one of your players in your team has severe depression and wants to kill himself(instead of it being fake like hooper). Maybe one of your team members gay (in real world most likely to be you) and the team have an uproar about it and the board gets in.

So many choices but anyway im loving your story.

Tuesday 9th April

I had a good scrub down in the shower which left me feeling completely refreshed I think the plan of action was to hit some clubs tonight so I decided to dress smart but casual. I switched oon the BBC News to see what had happened over the past day. The main news was that Mark Speight had been found dead. It was very sad to hear as I remembered watching him when I was younger. I hoped he could rest in peace.

I eventually oopened my door and started walking down the corridor, when I saw Cooky about to get into the lift. He held it open for me and as it went down (very slowly ) we discussed the death of Mark Speight. As we stopped on the first floor David got in and he told us that we would definetly be going out tonight :happy That was excellent news,

"You see, Cooky now you can enjoy yourself "

"Hell Yeah. Bring it on "

Eventually the whole team met up in the lobby and we all headed into our specially reserved area of the restaurant. I ended up sitting next to David and Cooky. I had a look at the menu. I decided to go for the scampi and chips to start with and the Hot Chocolate Pudding with Vanilla Ice-Cream to finish with Throughout that meal we discussed the recent football results. Chelsea had just lost 4-0 to Newcastle which meant that Newcastle were now top of the league (now you know this is a story ) The scampi and chips were delicious and the hot chocolate pudding was the perfect way to end a good meal.

Nothing beats a good meal of scampi and chips ​

We eventually all decided it was time to head out. We were pretty near the centre of Bristol so there were plenty of different places. The first place we arrived at was "Club Liquid". The bouncer's on the door, however wouldn't let Rob or Amjad in, saying they were over-dressed :confused: Anyway there was another club neraby called "Freedom" and we all got let into there. It was pretty busy but the drinks were way too expensive so we soon left

Much too expensive to stay for a long time​

We spent the next five minutes wandering around before we found a pub "The Stout Lad" We all went inside to find it was their Irish night. There was a free round of Guiness and then everything after that was half-price. Exactly what we were looking for. We spent a long time in there, with only Amjad staying sober. Eventually half of the lads headed back, while myself, Cooky, Darren and Jimmy went of to find out what else Bristol had to show. Down a side-street we found a club called "Hot and Fiery" Cooky went straight inside and we followed.

"Oh Crap, Gay Bar!!!!!"

"Everyone out!!!"

We all sprinted to the door. Why is it Cooky always finds gay bar's??? Seriously I'm beginning to wonder about his sexuality

More than we bargained for at "Hot and Fiery"​

We decided to head back now as it was nearing 1 in the morning. It had been a decent night but not the best I've had. Personally I thought Bristol was a bit of a let down.

Back at the hotel we all headed up to our rooms. Darren was looking pretty bad, and so I helped him into his room. Once Darren was safely in his room I started walking back down from the corridor. All of a sudden I heard a scream from Cooky's room,

"Bloody hell, Get out now!!!"

It sounded like he was in trouble.

"I'm coming Simon!!!!!!"

I threw myself at the door taking it clean of it's hinges, sprawling into his room. I looked up.

"Oh no. Not you again."
