Scotland have zero chance of getting these. Doubt they'll be able to cope with the bowling Australia have got today. Lee, Johnson and Nannes will rip through them.

Gotta say Alison Mitchell brings a refreshing change to the commentary box better than some of the guys we heard this summer.

This will be a good test for Paine at 7, in particular his hitting power.

We had zero chance as soon as they passed 100. This is a Scotland side that suffers heavy defeats to division 2 county sides. We've only beaten three county sides in the last 10 years or something...

Paine dropped, awful delivery though, deserved to be dropped tbf. That flick off his pads a few balls earlier was a lovely stroke from Paine.

Have to say, it's nice to see some cricket on the BBC. Would have preferred the full on TMS commentary team with Blowers, Boycs etc, but it's been decent.

Why on earth is Haq bowling again? He's rubbish.

Quite a few chances put down by Scotland. Unlucky there Scotland should have had the run out.

Nice 50 by Voges that should get him ahead of White at least.

Scotland should just give up cricket. This is embarrassing. Dropping so many catches. We haven't even played that well and we'll make 340+.

Worst. ODI. Batsman. Ever.
In comparison to their test form.

Johnson's poor ODI batting form continues, currently you wouldn't want him doing the smashing in the later overs.

We're not an international side. As I said earlier we're not even county standard. "Give up cricket" is just a ridiculous statement though.

I wasn't being serious with the give up cricket statement. The more countries playing, the better. But a county side would put up more of a challenge than Scotland today. Ireland is probably the only side I can see coming up.

About 5/6 years ago we were the best associate but we've gone backwards a wee bit.
Anyhow you just got bowled out by Scotland - how crap are you! :p

They did well at the 2003 World Cup (partly due to NZ forfeiting their match) but Scotland were consistently winning the ICC trophy every year around that time.

Tim Paine looks about 12 years old :laugh

Lee looking rapido in his first few deliveries, close to a wicket 2nd ball. Scotland are going to struggle to make 150. Loving Lee's follow through as well, basically following through right into the batman's face, proper fast bowler.
