Tour Squad Editor required

All you great patch makers here at planetcricket and cricket2004.co.uk, I have a request for you guys.

You must be aware of the fact that the squad you select for a tour has to be the same for both ODIs and Tests, i.e, you cannot choose seperate squads.(Despite the fact that you can choose 20 players).

Also incase of injuries, you cannot have him replaced on either permanent or interim basis.

So I think what we basically need is a Tour Squad Editor where you can edit the squad whenever you want (w.e.f the next match and not the match in progress).

Also, tigerdes has also requested for a Champions Trophy patch to be made (and replace Knockout Trophy).

Also I was having a problem with my lineup (solved using lineup editor).

The opener at the striker's end returns to the default lineup format. This happens ONLY if you are batting second and have same and reloaded the game in the first innings itself.

I have some screens below that show how M Vaughan and M Trescothick went back to their default positions in the 2nd innings.

These patches are all ones that (I think) would require us to have the source code. Seeing as EA won't even answer requests for support I doubt they'll give us the source code.

Shame to hear that Colin. It's a pity they didn;t give you the option for a custom tournament. If you could customise say World Series into groups that would work but I guess that's a no no without the source.

Yeah they do big time. Anyways I have sent the GOB file to a friend of mine who has made several patches for Jedi Knight (which has a similar though not completely same, GOB data file).

Hopefully he'll manage to find something with which this game can be improved even more.
