Well i guess it would all depends on the nets you have available but since its Mahmoods last year as a young trainee i think giving him 2 nets will take him to Remarkable at the end of the season. And 2 nets to Ashraf as well would take him to Superb at the end of the season.

i have a batter and bowler what nets should i give him to pop in batting?

thanks kos

First one is an ok player, it just depends on what nets you have. If you can spare it, 2 nets on batting would give him a pop fairly quickly. If you can, give him a stamina net and a fielding net.

Second guy is not very good. Firstly, to even play well at all he needs more stamina. Give him 2 stamina nets until he reaches mediocre or competent.
Again, bowling I'd say 1 net. It would be nice to give him some fielding too.

Yes, if you really want that guy to perform, he needs a massive boost in stamina. In addition to the bowling and fielding nets, make sure you have plenty of sports psychologists; they're what boost consistency. Five or Seven are the generally accepted numbers of SPs.

Ok so guys need ur advice on some things

here are the nets i am giving my players, please let me know if i should make any changes

2 batting

So thats total 10 nets - 4 batting, 4 bowling, and 2 fieldings

Yeah, must be a great team. I'd tend to think the best strategy is to train the younger ones more intensely than the older ones, but at the same time, the guys you've given nets to are certainly worth your money. Seems like you're wanting a few secondary pops, so the only advice there is to make sure you have 5 sports psychologists for optimum results.

Will Gustav
bowl: 14 wks
field: 9 wks
consist: 6 wks

Ossie Smith
bat: 13 wks
bowl: 13 wks
I'd seriously consider a fielding net as well, the secondaries will benefit.

Clinton Halls
bowl: 13 wks
field: 8 wks
consist: 6 wks

Dougie Branch
bat: 12 wks

Danny Farley
bowl: 12 wks

Jules Apple
bat: 7 wks

looks like it will take some time for them to pop...i might give Smith another fielding but ya thats it

You have people who are too old for training :( Take Bonners bowling net off and give it to Islam or Sam, being 23 he might pop one level in a season whereas the latter two will pop 2, maybe 3. Just give him some fitness.

Meyer is pretty useless without any stamina or concentration, even the respectable batting doesn't look too good. However, he has mediocre wk so try selling him or firing him...

Weavers a bit old for a batting net, but he could do with some stamina...

So in the end a batting and a bowling net is freed up. Turn them into 2 bowling nets and give them to those 2 young trainees :)

Ok sweet I've changed it to what you suggested, I have one fielding session left (Meyer one) which one should I give it to?

Take the keeping off Masibulele, make it a second bowling.
And you can make the fielding a stamina for Islam.

Oh ok done that, voldemort told me to put Masibulele for some keeping nets so that the secondaries pop.
