2 bowl, 2 bat and a fielding, as well as a stamina if possible.

Allrounders are a bitch to train.

That won't work as well on this guy unless a fielding net is planned in the future as his concentration will be too far from his batting.

Royle now has superb stamina and gets a fielding net instead, which will last until his cons catches up before going to any of my two 20 year old superb bowl trainees.

The 20year olds both popped in cos and are beginning to shape up now

2 nets to free up soon, so may be in the market for a trainee. Will be selling to buy though, ideally Anthony for a 19-21 year old bat slightly worse who I can throw a net on.

I wouldn't train an allrounder for this reason. I tried, but they simply take up too many nets. You could probably cut back on the stam for now, if you don't plan on using him anytime soon, and drop a batting/bowling for it in the future.
