Good decision on not giving him stamina nets now. Add a keeping net so that conc catches up with batting. Give stamina net when 18 and remove it as soon as it becomes proficient (takes 6 weeks to pop)

Interesting player, also looking like some healthy players coming along. Got Vivvy(batsmen) who is Remarkable/Med and Hulpo(bat) who is remarkable/comp, both of them are 20. Then there is Schulman (bowl) who is (strong/med) and young Zat Furlong (bowl) who is also 19 year old, superb/med.

They are all let down by their respective secondaries, who can I change that? One other question, how long does it take a 20 year old to pop on a primary?

To improve secondaries you need a fielding and/or keeping net and a few sport pyschologists (I have 6) otherwise it takes forever on a primary net. For training speeds and loads of other useful things you should check this out: Battrick Helpfile
